Hi, I am from a country that doesn't have a region with PS, so I can choose whatever.
I tried asking Playstation on Twitter about legally paying on the PS store, and even they said I am in a black hole.
So, what region is the most affordable and gets the best discounts?
I've only found a year old posts about this topic here, mostly inconcise.
My paying options are PayPal or Amazon cards, I think.
