Did anyone else’s PS4 auto-download every patch for every installed game?

I have auto-updates turned off, and still it insisted on sucking up all my bandwidth for the month. Even though I continually cancelled the updates about 20 of them snuck in while the console was in rest mode. Is this a bug? :(
