Questions about PSN Gift Cards

I've been looking for a way to purchase US PSN Gift Cards and to pay with PayPal, so far I've found quite a few on eBay but I am worried that if I purchase a digital gift code off ebay and the seller charges back on Sony/PSN would this lead to my account being shutoff/banned ?
