DLC not working for COD, please help!

Hey all. I purchased the season pass for Infinite Warfare today, and I'm encountering a few problems.

Once the notifications tab says downloaded and installed, if I click on the notification, it says to insert the disk, but tells me Black Ops 3 is the disk that needs to be inserted.

If I go into the game and click on one of the dlc zombies maps (which still have the download symbol next to them), it tells me there is no content.

So, I can't use any of the new content. I redeemed the code for the pass on the app. The ps4 is up to date. I tried resetting, and renewing licenses. I'm not sure what else to do. Any help would be super appreciated, thanks!
