Looking for a racing game that's easily to play?

Hey,

Trying to find a racing game for my girlfriends father who's never played a video game. So something kind of easy but still good. I don't keep in tune with sports/racing games so I'm not sure what's out there. Cheaper the better. Need for speed? Drive club? Rocket league(lol)?
