Sorry sony, built you really dropped the ball this time. I've always loved your products and I've always recommended you over any other brand for consoles, tv's, home media, even phones. But after the last few days I don't think I can any more. I just received a pro for my birthday from my wife and I was happy. But unfortunately it won't turn on now I haven't even had it a month. But that was fine im going to get it fixed so no worries. But then I came home from work to see the controller that came with it wouldn't respond or turn off and was just on and vibrating. And it continued to do that till it died. And now I cant get it to charge or power on. That with my ordinal ds4 over heated and won't turn on im now down two controllers and a ps4. I'm really disappointed in you sony. I always expected more from you.
