Anyone else having issues purchasing from the PS Store via browsers?

Tried buying a game for my gf, and after adding my card and selecting payment method, it asks for my cvv, then when i enter it, it goes blank. If i try a couple times, i get the "cannot connect to server" sackboy error. Tried multiple browsers and from my phone using data.
I'm at work and not able to try purchasing directly from her console until later, but wondering if anyone else was running into this.
