Can i download part of a game at one location and finish the download at another?

I am trying to download Skyrim special edition at my Uncle's house as he has unlimited internet and I only have 90 gb a month. His internet isnt working right and over the course of 12 hours it's only got 4 gb downloaded of 20. If I disconnect from the Internet and go home can i pick up from where I left off or would I have to start the download over from the beginning?
