Can't find the Star Trek ps4 theme on the console store

I want the Star Trek background theme but when I search for it on the PlayStation store on my Ps4 I can't find any Trek themes. I can find them on the desktop version so my question is if I buy it on the website will I be able to download it on my ps4 even though it isn't in the store? How come its not in the ps4 store? And How would I go about downloading something I bought on the computer? Thank you friends any help would be nice
