Can't play online anymore with shared account. What happened?

So my account is the main one on the Ps4 and I have PSN plus. Well the last week, my girlfriend's account on the PS4 let her play online on Infinite warfare since I had PSN plus but today, its not letting her play online.

Did something change or whats going on?
