Cross save trophy question

I have read but not entirely sure that trophy progress also carries over so I wanted to clear it out.

Let's say I platinum SAO Lost Song or One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 on PS4. If I cross save transfer it to Vita would all trophies unlock or do I have to re-do tasks to unlock them one by one?

I haven't found concrete information on this so wanted to know before buying the Vita version of the game I'm interested in
