dpad stop working help

my ps4 controller dpad left botton stop working suddenly after i used the controller to play on pc with an emulator software .. and after that the right and up bottons stop working too .. only the down button is working .. i need help with that .. i need to know what is hapening with my controller .. sorry for bad english
