Email isn't working I didn't change it what does this mean?

I've been busy on trips all some and left my playstation at home, when I come back it's disconnected from playstation network. I check the email I use for that and it said that I changed my email on the 11th of july. I didn't have access to my PS4 then.

I clicked the link where it said if you didn't change it click here and it showed up as a 404 error.

How do I regain access to my account and does this mean my credit card info is compromised?
