My family's internet provider is Xfinity and recently my dad got their pause internet thing. Before he ever used the pause thing my ps4 was able to connect to wifi with no problems but now it won't connect at all since he first paused and unpaused it. I think it's a problem with sony products because our smart tv can no longer connect to wifi either. I called our internet provider and they said there was nothing wrong with the router and internet. Does anyone have a fix or had/have this problem too?
