Does anyone know how to fix this? I tried to load up Crash to play the new level, but when I hit X to play, it signs me out and gives that error code.

You need to "factory reset" the ps4hold power button when the ps4 is shut down for 7 sec... you will enter in safe mode and you hit number 6: factory reset or something
