I've lost access to DLC I've paid for

I bought a Fallout 4 season pass when it came out and at a time had all the DLC installed and have played through them all. I deleted the game to make room for another and now that I'm trying to play again I can't access or download the DLC again without purchasing it. I've tried restoring my licenses but it hasn't fixed the issue. Any help is very appreciated.
