Ordered a PSN card off Sony Rewards. Having a hard time finding my code.

I know a lot of people use the card and Sony Rewards, so I thought I'd ask here. Am I missing where my code is located?

I know when I ordered it, it said it could take up to 5 days to get my digital code. Which has never been the case before as I've always received my codes immediately upon check out. Did they change things?
