I am trying to use the PlayStation platinum headset on windows 10 on pc. I want to use it with the provided 3.5mm audio cable (not using the wireless USB dongle). My computer recognizes the headset to output audio, but it does not recognize the built in microphone. Does anybody have any idea why this might be? Has anyone experienced this? If I plug the headset into my phone the microphone works, so I know there isn't any hardware broken.
