So far I've ruled out the TV itself, the HDMI port(s) on the TV, and the HDMI chord(s). The only time there's an issue is when the PS4 itself is involved. For instance.. every time I hit the "volume up" or "volume down" button on my TV's remote, the screen flashes lines of glitchy green and grey static for a second. My television is a 4K HCL Roku Smart TV. Anybody experience something similar?
