Yesterday my ps4 began randomly overheating and showing a red light, saying to turn the console off because it was getting too hot. This usually causes the eject glitch to happen before the overheating messages. Which may make some people want to pay to get their PS4 fixed before any more damage occurs. I took my ps4 apart and realized there was a ton of dust in the fan, so I just overused an entire bottle of compressed air and now my ps4 not only doesn't overheat and sound like a chainsaw, but it sounds quieter and there's no more ejecting discs
