I recently upgraded my 500 gb HDD to a 1 tb HDD and I did not back up my game save data. After realizing that I had forgot to do this, I put my 500gb HDD back in my ps4 to back up my game save data but the ps4 would not start and required a re formmating of the drive. I believe this because the 1tb drive changed the encryption key for the ps4 and will not except the 500gb drive. Is there any way to decrypt the 500gb drive and recover my game save data with a pc?
