For those of you who play Yonder and are having trouble find cats, here are some tips received from Kari on how to find cats:
Snowy Milks hibernate for most of the year and only come out in the Winter.
Purple Rexes do not like Winter and can be spotted any other time of the year.
There's a cat near Goldlake that only appears in Summer when the sun is rising or setting.
Spotty Browns are in The Grasslands all the time.
