Any Pros to buying new vs. pre owned?

Hi Everyone,

I'm here to ask if there are any pros to buying a console brand new as to pre owned.

I'll be picking up a PS4 some time this weekend and GameStop has a few decent options for their pre owned selection. I figured I could save a few bucks to put towards a couple games and a membership, but didn't want to miss out on anything by not going new.
