My friend's PSN account got hacked and we're in need of help.

Okay so as I know my friend got an email telling him that his Sign In ID has been changed. He was using it beforehand and then after he signed out he got the email.

Now he's tried calling customer support, the forgot password method and he is saying that live chat isn't working either.

Does anyone know any other ways we can contact sony? Would twitter be viable? Any help would be appreciated.
