Newbie user here, can you guys help me understand sharing?

So, here's the thing: my SO and I both got a ps4. As you can imagine, we'd like to be able to share games and/or the benefits of pa plus,but we don't know if it's possible.

What should we do? Do we use the same account for both machines? Or is there some kind of family account setup?
