Advice for a PS4 noob

Hey everyone. I've had an Xbox1 for years now and feel like I've missed out on a lot of games offered on the PS. I'm hoping to purchase a PlayStation and need your advice on when/where the best place to obtain a reasonably priced system is. Even better yet, one bundled with uncharted and last of us.
