Can i download game from disc, then use disc in another ps4

I have just bought a ps4 that comes with fifa 18. My brother already has a ps4 but no fifa. Can i download fifa onto my console and then use fifa disc in brothers console? Or will he need to buy fifa as well? Thanks for any help
