Has anyone else had a bunch of "your license to use this app has expired" lately?

All of the apps work fine but I have to go to the store and "re-download" them. It takes 3 seconds then it says I own the game again but I don't get what's going on with it. It's happened with anything I've downloaded, dlc or full games.
