[Help] Posting here as a last ditch effort, any way to recover saved games off a console that freezes every single boot?

My day 1 ps4 seems to finally be dying, bought a new one but found out that somehow it had not been syncing saved games for at least 2 months on the cloud, and have lost hundreds of hours across multiple games. Is there any other way I can get the saved games off at all? By cloud or USB.
