How to deactivate console as primary

So I signed into a friends PS4 while i was staying there and acitvated that PS4 as my primary, Im trying to deactivate it and its telling me i can do it online. However when I sign in on my computer to do it, it tells me its already been done in the last 6 months, however ive never activated it with anything else. Is there a work around this?

Call Sony support?

This dudes being a dick and wont sign in and deactivate it and he lives all the way across the country.
