I can’t play Fortnite due to an apparent network problem

So I downloaded the game, and a message came up on the loading screen saying that my PS4 wouldn’t allow user-generated content. I contacted PS4 costumer support, and they weren’t very helpful. Screenshots of the loading screen and convo in link. Please help me fix this problem, I don’t know how to. Also, is PlayStation is misinforming me, please let me know
