Is 200$ a good price for a used PS4 ?

I would get 1 gamepad and several games with it (Hitman, Sherlock Holmes: The Devils Daughter, Shadow of Mordor, The Evil Within, Doom, Inside, Bloodborne). Is this a good deal ?
