PS4 won't power on, eject button beeps when pressed.

My PS4 will not power on, no sound when the power button is pressed and connect a controller and pressing the ps button is doing noting. The only response from it is if you press the eject button it beeps like it normally would, but the disc doesn't eject and no lights come on. I have removed the power supply and checked and can see no signs of damaged components. Any else experience this, is it worth buying a new power supply?
