Some questions about buying in the US store?

  1. I want to buy some PSN cards but my country isnt listed on the PS store so I put it as United States. Will the codes work on my store if I buy them online with USD currency no matter which country I am?

  2. If I buy a game online and put it on my library, can I play that game at 2 PS4s at the same time?
