NBA Playgrounds exploit - Usually, if I’m beating another player, they will somehow cause me to be booted from the server . . .

. . . Thus causing me to lose the game and to be penalized for quitting too many games. (Yes, it’s happened that many times.) Is this a known exploit? Is the NBA Playgrounds development team working to correct this?
