So, my account was hacked and my email was swapped out so I can't reset it. I live chatted with a rep from PS4 and it was largely unhelpful. I believe I have a problem here because my email isn't attached to my current PS4 system. My first console crashed so we had to trade it in for a new one. I think I need that old serial/model number to get support to reset my old account info. Any suggestions or help here? It's Sunday, so I can't call support, either.
