Anyone here who are still experiencing issues connecting to PSN?

It's been almost 12 hours since I can't connect to PSN. My account is still signed in on my PS4 but it doesn't load Friends and I get "Failed" on PlayStation Sign In when doing a Network Test.

Same goes for my PS app, it says Continue as xxxx but it still doesn't connect.

Tried accessing the web version of the PS Store and I also can't access it.
