Controller won't hold charge

My ps4 controller was working fine then suddenly it stopped holding a charge. I used 10 different chargers, some will not charge at all but some will hold a charge ranging from 5 mins to every 10 seconds.

Any suggestions?

EDIT: My boyfriend told me our toddler spilt a tiny bit of water onto the controller.
