The quality of the picture of my ps4 is greatly increased when the (Samsung) TV is changed to "PC" input mode on the HDMI, but after turning on today I have flickering pink lines all over the screen when in this mode, but the issue goes away in different input modes, which also reduces the quality. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Will post a video in a second

obviously the issue can be fixed temporarily by just not using the PC input setting, but I would rather not reduce the quality if at all possible
I have also tried multiple HDMI cables and the issue persists on all of them
