Game gone from libary

Had Rocket league since it came out and never really played it until a few days ago when my friends started playing it.

Now it was working fine until today I went to play it and it had a lock on it and I looked online and it suggested that I restore licenses and activate the account (which it was) and restoring the licenses didn't work so another one was to uninstall it and I did and now it's gone from my library what the fuck is this bullshit
