Got Horizon Zero Dawn Platinum Trophy Design, but haven't the platinum trophy

So I just got an email from Sony with a code to download my exclusive platinum design since I got the platinum trophy I Horizon Zero Dawn. I got the, played it for maybe three hours but never got the platinum trophy.

Im not complaining or anything. I'm just curious, has this happened to anyone else?
