HDR or gaming mode on TV?

I just got a 4K LG TV. I can switch the picture mode to HDR as low medium or high... or switch the picture mode to gaming mode. Do you guys switch between these modes? On my last tv I just left it on gaming mode as there wasn't an HDR option.
