So, I know when a ps4 is unplugged while it is on or in sleep mode, it checks the storage and restarts next time it's turned on. This has happened a few times for me, since my boyfriend sometimes forgets to check if it is in sleep mode before unplugging it or turning off the power strip, and the power has gone out a couple times while it was on.
He accidentally turned off the power again the other day when it was in sleep mode, and I have been making sure I power it down every time I'm done. However, since then, even when it has been completely powered down (again, I am making sure I do this every time, and my boyfriend doesn't play it), when we turn off the power strip, it displays the message next time I turn it on.
Is something wrong with it? It's not that big of an issue right now, but I don't want it to turn into one later down the road if something is wrong and needs to be fixed.
