I need help! My email got changed, and i cant log in to my account!

Hi everyone, Im seeking help right now that i cant log in to my account. I received an email this morning around 9pm that someone or somewhat changed my email. Right now, I cant figure what to do, is there any way i can contact support or any step by step processes to get back my account? Thank you.
