Is it bad to buy hyperx cloud core instead of cloud stinger because core need 60Ω vs 30Ω for stinger ?

OK I want to buy budget headset and I think those the best out there but I read lots of reviews about cloud core tend to be on low volume side on ps4 when compared to pc and some says the stinger is louder because it's less power need si what do you think I use normal headphones now and I almost max the sound so is it really bad decision to buy the cloud core instead of stinger?

any help from who has any of these is appreciated.
