Hi everyone, I just bought a second hand PlayStation 4 today, took it home super excited, and it's has been trouble all day. The controller keeps disconnecting, so initially I went back to the store and swapped it (the controller ) but that didn't solve the issue. The game glitches and I keep running in circles or freezes, and I can't use the controller if it isn't plugged into the console. I'm thinking I may have to swap it (the console)- does anyone know if this is an issue that can be fixed without me needing to do that?
