New PS4 owner. Looking for help finding less known PS4 gems.

Hi y'all! Been gaming since the early 90s and owned every single PS console since the first one but in recent years I've shifted my focus almost entirely on PC gaming. Been looking to change that for a while now and get back to console gaming and earlier this year I bought a Nintendo Switch and now the PS4 Pro.

Now, I do actively follow the gaming scene and most of the big budget AAA Playstation exclusives are definitely on my radar (Like Horizon: Zero Dawn, Uncharted 4 & Bloodborne) but are there any gems out there (and strictly exclusives that I can't play on PC) that aren't getting much coverage, that might fly under the radar for someone who has not followed the PS scene actively for years? This includes any possible PS3 HD Remastered titles as well because even though I own the console I have not played a lot of games on it.
