Not able to remain in party chat?

Need help. Can't remain in a party chat for more than a few minutes. Sometimes seconds. Error code is (NP-31950-8). I've check google and the official PlayStation forums to no avail.

This issue started when I upgraded to the latest firmware. Any one solve this issue before? Any help would be appreciated.
