Hey guys/gals. A few months back i decided to replace my original Dual shock sticks, I went with the xbox ones or the replacement that got good reviews (off gaming forums such as this) as well as fellow gamers.
Problem is i remember reading that the xbox one sticks feel loose.. but when insoide my dual shock 4 they are pretty tight moving around.
The other weird quirk the right analog on the right seems to get stuck when pressing North/East on it and the only way to loosen it back is to manually push it back center with my finger ( it doesn't snap back into dead center automatically.
I tried various fixes. There is always a scuff on the dome part right under the stick at the place where it's getting stuck. It's not dirt or anything, it just constantly get like a film on it that's causing the stuck, maybe from rubbing against the plastic ? Like i said i never have that problem with the left analog, always returns to center and doesn't not get stuck in one direction.
Even went as far as to try the extra xbox one analog sticks i purchased in bulk, and the same thing happens! They all get stuck, Yet when i put one of those on the the left analog.. no problems smooth as butter.
Any ideas? Is the casing for where the right analog fits a little tighter than the left one?
