PS4 is now too quiet?

I vacuumed out my OG PS4 with a micro-vacuum. Actually worked pretty well from what I am able to witness. My only issue now, is that I think it worked TOO well. I am not sure the fans are spinning at full capacity anymore. The system is warm/hot (although it is summer here 30/80+ degrees). Am i worrying too much or is there a possible problem?
